What is the workout area at Thomas Jefferson Park like? What kind of workout can be done in this outdoor gym?
Thomas Jefferson Park has pull-up bars of different heights, monkey bars, parallel bars, flat and incline benches and agility stations.
We are always wondering what is the best spot for outdoor workouts and calisthenics in New York, so we decided to check out NYC parks one by one to give an overview of what is completely free to use in the city. We want to show our city to the world, especially to New Yorkers that could take advantage of what is at their disposal for free in the many neighborhoods of Manhattan.

In all seriousness, stay hydrated with those circuit training (chug water before as you don’t have time while you workout) and warm up before (especially shoulders, so move your arms around and raise your body temperature as you go to work out).
